A sunken open-air plaza in Jing'an, three storeys down, ringed with bars, clubs and late-night kitchens — the kind of place that fills after midnight and runs till dawn. It's loud, cosmopolitan and built for bar-hopping in one spiral. Newer crowds drift to its neighbours, but it's still an easy first stop: walk the ramp, pick a balcony, and let the night escalate.
